I would not stay at this Super 8 again. Upon checking into our room after a long day of travel we noticed that the covering on both beds was stained with some type of liquid. The bedskirt on another bed was stained as well. We removed the stained coverings and went to bed as we were exhausted and it was late. During breakfast in the morning, I saw the same manager who checked us in. I told him quietly outside the earshot of other customers of our stained linens. He flatly said, "we'll check it out" He seemed to care less. No "I'm sorry" or "our standards are high and that should have never happened." Breakfast started at 6am. We arrived at 6:30. The orange juice machine was dispensing water. I told the manager, he said he would fix it . He brought out a frozen bottle of concentrate which could not be put in the dispenser. He ran under water at the sink which was not sufficient and just then left it in a sink of water during our breakfast. There was no orange juice while we were there. Only 1/2 hour into their breakfast service time I poured the last glass left of milk and we asked for some more. The same manager brought out a gallon from a back room and put approx 2 cups of milk in the pitcher, which finished off his gallon. This was the rest of the milk that was available while we were there. They were serving hard boiled eggs. I decided to have one, they were peeled, but were frozen hard as a rock! Other than the soiled linens and inadequate breakfast, the bed was comfortable. I'd say stay across the street at the LaQuinta, which is new for something in the same price range.

Staff was friendly and I was able to check in with no reservation. First impression walking in was all it took for me....pretty dirty place. The room had plenty of towels but really bad beds and dirty carpet., curtains...it was only 64 dollars so not much can be expected. If it's all you can afford then go for it, but I would recommend trying something else. Even tho I asked for non smoking the hotel wreaked of smoke everywhere..The outside looks a lot better than inside.

We live a couple of hours from Indy and had a 6am flight so we booked a room at the Plainfield Super 8 rooms are no frills but clean, and motel is located in a nice community. No issues with this hotel from a lodging standpoint. Price was one of the lowest in the Plainfield area which is now the lodging center for the new airport terminal. Vicky at the front desk was very helpful. We planned on using airport parking but she said they had a "Park and Fly" deal for $30 extra so we paid for that. Knowing it was Spring Break, we wanted to get to the airport in plenty of time so we reserved a 4:30am shuttle. Later that evening, the hotel's owner called and talked my wife into changing the time to 4:45am. I should have called him back but decided to let it go. Next morning we were waiting for the Shuttle and it was 10 minutes late. Long story short, the airport check in line was a mile long and we missed our flight. We almost missed our cruise but managed to get to Florida and drive several hours to the port. When we got back from the vacation, we called for a shuttle pickup. After over 30 minutes and three calls later the shuttle shows up and the driver doesn't even know he's supposed to pick us up. When we got back to the Super 8, the owner happened to be there. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the shuttle service, he was non-responsive.

This hotel had a great staff, and clean rooms. We stayed just one night so we could to the indy zoo. which is a quick drive away.
the room seemed big with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa. Front desk gave us extra sheets and pillows with no problems.
The room seemed really clean except the one cob web in one corner. nice to have microwave and fridge in the room.
The breakfast was just as nice as the ones hampton inn's serve.
the indoor pool was nice and warm. Make your own waffles and big sausage patties, biscuits and gravy.
No problems would stay again if in the area.
