Stayed at this Super 8 three times now, in 2003/04/05 and will be there again in 2007.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms always clean, there are always a few odds and ends to have a grumble about but we like the place and make it our base for a week each time we stay in the area.

The Wi-fi coverage wasn't brilliant, but we were at one end of the building so used our laptop in the lobby. Free coffee and cakes useful for early starters.

If you are picky about rooms then any of the large Motel groups won't be your thing, but we always use Super 8, this will be our 14th stop in one of their sites.

We are based in the UK, where typically you would pay double or more for the same facilities.

Once again I traveled to Muncie and I returned to the Super 8. I again found the staff at the Hotel to be extremely friendly and the service they provide to be outstanding.

Since my last stay they have greatly improved the complimentary breakfast. They have added a "make it yourself" waffle iron and batter dispenser ... you might want to take along some pecans or blueberries to make a more exotic waffle (since I was staying multiple days I ran down the block to the local Walmart for blueberries).

They are also working to improve the comfort level of the rooms by adding mini-refrigerators and couches to the rooms. For the budget minded traveler I highly recommend the Muncie IN/Ball State University area Super 8.

Terrible room,had bad odor,changed rooms 3 times They say they have queen size beds they are not they are a tiny bit bigger than full size.Great thing about this place was early check out time got us out of there.
