Stayed here for two nights - traveling on business to nearby Ball State. Room was clean, but smelly - smoke/AC smell. Comfortable bed and ample parking are notable. As a business traveler, I was looking for a little more and I did not find it at this location. These include: reliable internet (wireless was off more than on and wired did not work), continental breakfast - was minimal - juice, coffee, bread, tv remote worked some of the time and the fitness room was hot, with no ventilation and no treadmill. Consider this for an affordable place to stay for one night if passing through Muncie.

I stayed at Best Western in Muncie the end of May 2007.
I had stayed here about 10 years ago and was expecting
it to show some wear and tear but I was pleasantly
surprised. I stayed this time 3 nights and the rooms were
cleaned each day. There was a fridge in the room and ice
and vending machines down the hall. They have an indoor pool
and jacuzzi that were both clean and working. They are close
to a large array of restaurants and retail shopping. I would
stay here again and would recommend to all travelers.

We stayed at the Muncie Best Western for a week while visiting a few locations on business. Overall the rooms were of a very good standard and were cleaned and tidied daily.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfasts great and the free wireless internet was available all the time.
There is a nice swimming pool area but the water was a bit cold.
We got quite a good deal on Expedia but could have got a far better off-season rate by directly contacting the hotel.
All in all it was a very pleasant stay - a good standard hotel comparable to many but with particulary helpful and pleasant staff

We stayed at the Best Western Muncie for 2 nights in July to attend a wedding. The hotel is standard, the room was clean. The fan didn't work in the bathroom, but there was an in-room fridge. The continental breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee, juice, bagels, waffels, donuts, muffins, cereal, toast, etc. Pool and hot tub was very clean. We booked our room online through Best Western for a reasonable rate; however, when we went to check out the room ended up costing us $10/night more than what we reserved online. We are now dealing with Best Western Customer Service to try and recoup our money.
