2nd stay here this summer. Arrived late both nights so have no idea what was nearby. Did eat at Applebees down the street and was happy to see it. Small hotel, lobby and breakfast area. Bed was lumpy but linens were clean and no bed bugs. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. No frig in room. We are Gold Rewards Club members, had a guaranteed reservation and were told the last king room available when we checked in was Handicapped Accessible. We took it, but didn't like the wheel-in shower. When I checked again at the front desk, they said they had other king rooms but not on the first floor. Why didn't they give us that option at check-in? We ended up switching rooms to a double Queen on the 1st floor. Would've liked the options at checkin. Not right at the exit, but with Mapquest instructions, we found it okay. Towels were thin and some were stained. What has happened to the Fairfield brand? The last few stays haven't been up to Marriott standards.

Everyone seemed very friendly during our stay:) The rooms were your average size hotel room and were very clean. We did stay in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed....the bed was incredibly comfortable (pillow-top like) yet the sofa sleeper: not so much (typical of those things, though).

There is one elevator for the entire property and it is a tad narrow, however, so it can be challenging to get a luggage cart on board with other people riding along.

I only saw one ice machine on the main floor (three floors of rooms), but on the flip side, our king room had a microwave AND dorm-sized refrig. :)

BEWARE: Apparently if you reserve/pay online with a debit card, you do get an additional $50 taken from you. It is refunded when you check out, but don't expect to see the actual refund credit for up to a week. We did NOT know this was going to happen prior to making the reservation and arriving to check in.

Other than that, I have no major complaints here. A GREAT part of town (seems to be an upper-class area) with a mall in arm's reach and a myriad of chain-y restaurants littered up and down the main drags :)

Fabulous service, room, & cleanliness! Everyone (staff) was very friendly...which made our stay here even better.

We stayed her as we passed through the area on our way to NYC. We found it to be a good value. The rooms were in good condition and clean. The hotel was located near a multitude of stores and restaurants which is convenient. The only downside to this hotel was that the breakfast area was very, very small for the size of the hotel. We ended up eating around an ottoman from the lobby furniture for our family of 3 for lack of tables and chairs.
