Our family of three stayed in one of the "Sleeping Cabins" which are located adjacent to the Inn and this particular unit had 2 doubles. They call it a Sleeping Room for a reason...it is very small...tube tv...3 drawers...rack to hang clothing...very tight bath with shower only...no counter...it appears some updates have been done but not enough...they've got a long way to go. The walls are extremely thin, we had to watch our voices as we could easily hear our neighbors. The beds were not comfortable...you could hear the springs with every move. HOWEVER...and that is a big HOWEVER...this is a fantastic park with soooooo much to offer...we hiked for two days and although we have visited this park on several occassions...we made new discoveries...it is breathtaking...we enjoyed our two days there immensely and we will go back. Next time we will try a room in the lodge or one of the larger, more private cabins they offer. If you choose to go to the pool, plan on freezing...we wondered why noone else was there...we found out very quickly...we called the front desk and asked if someone could turn up the temp...the response was that it "would take over an hour" to get someone to come down"...yeah...we left...so that hypothermia wouldn't set in. Aside from all of that...the on site restaurant has great comfort food and friendly service...The common area at the Inn is quite cozy and inviting...we enjoyed time as a family playing board games we brought along and sitting by the fireplace, drinking the complimentary coffee.
