King non-smoking suite room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked the pillows labelled "Firm" or "Soft" on the pillowcase. The breakfast of eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. was always hot and the dishes filled. Hot coffee was available 24/7.

Service was good. Sometimes the one person at the front desk would get tied up with a guest and force you to stand around for a while. Once they were available, the front desk folks were friendly and helpful. A good stay.

As a Gov. Contractor and a Platnium Member I have stayed at many Holiday INN's and Holiday Inn Exp. I could of went to a motel 6 etc. and got the same bed, all the Holiday inn Suites I have stayed in also had two tvs so you could sit and watch tv or watch tv laying down. I will not waste my reward points or money on this Holiday INN again.the bed sheets have some sort of stain that i didnt like at all,and there are no dishes.

I've stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this one is a model for how it should be done. Pleasant staff, comfortable and clean rooms, well stocked breakfast in the morning, etc. This hotel provides exactly what you should expect from the promises that the Holiday Inn Express makes.

I gave the breakfast just a "very good" rating but only because for some reason Holiday Inn can't find a way to make bacon that tastes good...it's always thin and stringy instead of crispy. Maybe that's by design so the patrons don't eat their weight in bacon? If they would remove bacon from the breakfast menu, I'd give it an excellent rating, because everything else was great including VERY GOOD biscuits and sausage gravy.

We were a group of 8 on a training trip from out of state and were moved here after our horrible experience. This hotel is wonderful,the staff is friendly and everything is CLEAN!!! Everything works. We had no issues here. There was an actual breakfast in the AM> It might be basic (biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs, cinnamon rolls) but after what we experienced it was heaven!
