We did not have reservations for our stay but that was no problem. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The check in only took a few minuets, the hotel is clean and inviting. Easy access to get back on the highway, many dining choices nearby as well as shopping. The room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. All the hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We would chose the Baymont Inn and Suites in Lafayette IN again.

We just happened to end up in Lafayette on a road trip. We had stayed in Baymonts before. Some were very new and some were a bit older and refurbished. We found this Baymont in a hotel discount coupon book at a very reasonable rate, comparable to other hotels in the area. It was noted as "recently updated." That can result in some mixed results in my experience.
The place is extremely clean and very beautifully updated and did not disappoint.
The staff were very friendly and spent time with us at breakfast the next day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area and will stop here again should I be in the Lafayette area.

We chose this on the basis of previous reviews, price and location, and were not disappointed. The hotel feels quite up to date. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had a microwave and fridge; the bathroom was one of the largest I've found in a standard hotel. The wifi in the room was fast and consistent. One downside (for me): the sink was inside the bathroom, whereas I prefer it in the bedroom so a family can get ready more quickly if someone's taking a shower. Best feature was a better-than-usual breakfast, with skim milk (thank you) and oatmeal and fruit and even a few cooked items; not exactly haute cuisine, but enough good food to keep us going until lunchtime (and the lady who worked the area kept things stocked and the tables wiped, without being obtrusive). Very convenient from I-65. I'd certainly stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was terrific. I travel to Lafayette, In quite frequently and I will always stay there from now on. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The price was wonderful and you would have thought you were staying at a more expensive Inn. The breakfast was nice. You will be pleasantly surprised!
