Here are the pros:
Very good hospitality
Flat screen TVs in rooms
Beautiful dining area
Layout of king bedroom sweet cute - double doors to bedroom
Nice tile in bathroom

Cons:
1 king bedroom suites appears smaller than other Homewood king suites

MAJOR CON:
Lobby/dining area not connected to the rest of the hotel. Imagine it raining and you have to walk outside to get to the dining area for breakfast/dinner. How can one smell the cookies baking?
Outdoor pool nice but when vacationing w/ children you need a fall back plan in the event of bad weather. If there's only an outdoor pool......
Many other reviewers apparently don't mind the 'disconnect' but as a frequent Homewood guest it threw me for a loop.

Great place to stay for an extended time, although we were only there for one night. Close to freeway and lots of restaurants. Full kitchen, separate vanity from toilet and shower. Lots of dresser space. Very quiet. However we kept losing the internet and the fans in the bathroom and on the A/C are very noisy. In addition, the sheets and blankets were too small for our king-size bed.

We stayed at Homewood Suites for a visit to Purdue. The room was quiet and comfortable. We could close off bedroom from living area so kids on sofa bed could have a separate room It was nice having small kitchen area especially the frig. The breakfast was well stocked. The front desk and ladies stocking the breakfast were friendly. We would stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Homewood Suites location. I am impressed with the attentive front desk staff and the helpful other employees around the hotel (maids, breakfast area). The rooms seem to have a bit of wear on them; the one I stayed in most recently had frayed carpet. The light and noisy fan in the bathroom are on the same switch, so don't think you are going to leave the light on as a nightlight! The hotel is convenient to the Interstate and lots of restaurants. Enjoy!
