I'll start by saying that the staff was very nice and friendly, and the beds were comfortable. But it pretty much ended there. Half the outlets in the room did not work, the TV was from about 1990, very poor quality reception. The worst part was the shower. The water barely trickled out, almost impossible to get the shampoo out of your hair. The faucet in the tub was not working right, instead of making the water hotter or cooler it shut the water off if if you moved it 1/4 inch in any direction. The water was lukewarm at best. Unfortunately we had to get out of the hotel very early and were not able to complain to the management at the time. I emailed the hotel directly and did not get a response. I also filled out the online survey they sent and got no response from them.
On the surface the hotel looked nice. It was clean and had friendly staff. But it pretty much was ruined by the poor amenities in the room.
