If you're expecting the Four Seasons, you will be very disappointed. The hotel is three floors, with one elevator. The lobby is clean with a dining room that had free breakfast. I noticed a waffle iron, toaster, bagels, breads, apples, a few selections of cereal, and a small fridge with milk, juice, and breakfast briskets.

I was upgraded to a Jacuzzi Suite, which basically meant it had a jacuzzi in the corner of the room. The room was clean enough, the sheets seemed relatively new. I didn't notice the bed, so that's usually a good thing. The towels were very thin and rough.

All in all, it's pretty convenient to our offices in Jeffersonville and to downtown Louisville and is a good value. I'd stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Modern living room area with large flat screened tv and speakers. Bed was comfortable. The small refrig. in room needed some attention...the freezer needed to be defrosted. Could not even get ice pack in to store it for night. Our room was several doors down from the elevator and when folks stood waiting for it and talked, it was very noisy. Found that there was quite a large gap under the door. We were forced to use pillows from our sofa to place at bottom of door to help block light and the noise. Would definitely ask for a room far from the elevator next time, but probably all of the doors are hung the same. Convenient location off the interstate and close to lots of restaurants. Also close if you want to drive across bridge into KY to eat in downtown Louisville. Breakfast was enjoyable and lots of choices.

This is a great place to take a break. Close to everything, fantastic staff, good rooms, can walk to a lot of good attractions. Can't lose staying here.

I stayed at this hotel in mid May and the staff was very good. Free breakfast is great as is location. The hotel gets lots of use and needs new paint, wallpaper and carpet. They also need an automatic door at the entrance. It is very in convenient with luggage.
