Booked on Expedia. Cancelled 3 1/2 weeks before trip, emergency. Hotel told me 100% refundable. Expedia refused to refund. Hotel told Expedia they will not authorize refund. Hotel staff lied to me. I wish I had read reviews first as others could not get refunds either. I will stay elsewhere when I re-book my trip to Purdue. Chains such as Hilton, Marriot are safer to deal with. Almost every hotel on the planet refunds with 48 hour notice. FYI, not worth booking with Expedia anyway. Rates are generally the same when you book yourself!

Great Hotel, nice restaurants/bars in hotel. Excellent staff and service. Hotel Shuttle was very convenient 9 times out of 10 to go downtown.

I would prefer to return to the 3.5 stars at the Sheraton or the Four Seasons. This hotel had the worst beds I had ever experienced. The room are small and I had to threaten to leave to even be able to get two beds. Eighteen dollars for parking! Unreal!!

This hotel was very clean and offered valet parking to all guest with a service charge. The rooms were very clean and up to date. There wasn't much activity in the lounge or eatery as the weather was bad. We drove up for a Pacer game on the weekend and it appeared not to be very busy. Internet is included in the stay which is very handy. I did enjoy the time in this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family.
