If you care about your health and the health of your family, do not stay here. We paid about $90 for a double queen room that was filthy with broken heater. The mattress was old and noisy, we woke up with back ache. The floor was not vaccumed, and the entire place smelled.
We complained but received no attention or refund or discount. Then complained through the website, and other than an automated response, we didn't hear anything.

Stayed there for a soccer tournament. Hotel enforced 14 day cancellation policy and 2-night minimum with no flexibility. Some families only needed 1 night and hotel staff said that they would be charged for 2 nights regardless.

Rooms were clean. The TV had many channels including HBO. The heater/AC was newer (digital) and worked well.

The doors and walls were thin and you could hear everything that went on in the hallways. Don't get a room by the icemaker!

Breakfast was very good with make your own waffles. Staff was generally helpful with hospitality, directions, etc.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life!

Started with when I got in the room it was filthy! I mean cockroaches on the bathroom floors. I requested to be moved to another room and when I was it also has roaches beside the bed and in the bathroom floor. It was gross! The staff there well none of them spoke English except for one person so it was hard to get someone to help me. They did refund my money and give me a free nights stay for the trouble but not before giving me a hard time.

Also the A/C Heater went out and it was HOT in the room all night they told me no one could fix it on weekends.

WARNING! Stay away from this hotel! It's not worth your money or time. I will never stay here again!

The rooms were very clean, the beds were so comfortable -- even our teenage son commented on them. Location is in a good neighborhood -- primarily a business district. Staff was quite friendly and happy to accommodate us for a later check-out time. The lobby and lower level are smoke free. We would definitely stay here again.
