My husband stayed here while we were relocating to Indianapolis on and off for a few weeks. I joined him for a weekend of house hunting. The staff really make this place! Bridgette at the front desk was very personable, and was quick to help out when the business center printers malfunctioned. Margie Kay in the concierge lounge will make you feel at home - do not pass up the chocolate chip cookies. The breakfast buffet offered lots of delicious options for breakfasts and was free for Platinum members. The hotel's location is great - close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Only complaint - $5 charge to retrieve each package sent to the hotel!

First time to this hotel for a nice adult nite out. We requested and received a King room with a balcony that faced the lake. The room and hotel were in excelent shape and the balcony from the 5th floor had a great view. The pool and gym were nice and a plus is that the pool faced the lake and the sun shines in warming the swimming area. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to out of town guest in the area. Keep up the great work!

Beautifully decorated lobby for the holiday season. Great service. Convenient and quality restaurant. Nice room. Good location for business visit. Excellent shopping and restaurants near by.

Upon our very late arrival on a cold and blustery night in mid November, the clerk was most welcoming. We requested and received a room overlooking the lake since no suites were available. Note: Parking is free. Generally, we would stay at The Sheraton, but there was a couple of large conventions in town, so we opted for this location. Fatigued, we reached our room and was pleasantly surprised at the size. Spacious, clean, comfortable; the bed was fantastic. We had breakfast in the bistro (they offer buffet as well as a-la-carte). The buffet was worth the price, around $14. Great eggs benedict! Lots of college athletes were also there during our stay. Not a rowdy bunch; very respectful. We returned one evening from visiting and shopping with family and decided to have a late snack at the bar. They were very accommodating even though the kitchen was about to close. Everyone from housekeeping, to food service, to the hotel clerks and concierge were ALWAYS attentive! Will definitely recommend and stay there again. Btw, best location for shopping as this is a MAJOR mid to high end shopping area! Every store you could possibly shop is here!
