“Great Service”

We stayed at this Four Points for Super Bowl weekend when it was full, full, full. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were sitting in the indoor pool area having our morning coffee when the staff engineer came to check the water in the pool. Five minutes later he returned with a pot of hot coffee and cream for us so that we could refill our cups. Five minutes after that he was back with his home baked bread and home made honey butter so we could have a snack. Incredible!!! When we returned from the Super Bowl at 10:45pm tired and hungry, imagine our surprise and delight that the hotel had kept their restaurant open because they knew there would be people like us desperate for something to eat. The are fine and indoor poll was nice, but the service is the best I have ever seen and I've stayed in Top 10 in the world hotels.

I travel to Indianapolis every month for business and this is the first time i've stayed at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk looked up where I could get a sandwich close by. He also let me know where the closest mall was so I could do a little shopping.
Kyle, the bartender, he is wonderful! Very friendly, remembers your name, what you're drinking, does fun bar tricks. Really made me feel welcomed and like I wasn't traveling!

Great staff, large rooms, excellent beer and scotch selection at the bar. Food is exceptional. Kyle the Bartender is outstanding.

I travel here for work, and it's very uncommon when people recommend hanging out and eating dinner at the hotel bar. In addition to clean rooms and a nice decor, there's Kyle the bartender. At dinner time he greets guests with a warm welcome and serves up cold frosty beverages. He is the best bartender, bar none (pun intended).

This is a gorgeous hotel at a great price, and serving good food and drinks. After dinner there's a well-equipped gym to work it off, and a jacuzzi to wind down.

Room Tip: top level rooms have a better view.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on our hotel via Trip Advisor. I must agree that it is uncommon for guests to recommend the hotel bar, however here at the “Four Points” we feel we create a unique atmosphere that is hard to find, but certainly valued.

“Average business hotel”

I stayed at the Four Points for 3 nights during a weekday stay for a business conference. I paid ~$95 a night booked through a popular travel website which was on par for several other hotels nearby.

The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good room cleaning and service during the day while I was out, plenty of hot water and standard hotel amenities, lap pool and hot tub were nice and not crowded with kids.

The Bad: Wireless connectivity sucked all three days (slow, dropped connections, flaky DNS). If you need to get serious work done that requires high-speed internet, I'd stay somewhere else. No free breakfast (they wanted $10.95 for cafe style breakfast), dirty hallways, bad layout (you had to go outside through the courtyard to get to the elevators or walk all the way around the side of the hotel - in November), and don't expect any privacy in the business center, which is literally inside the concierge/grocery store/coffee area. The hotel was also difficult to find if you're not from the Indy area and familiar with some of the side streets.

Summary: If you're passing through and need a comfortable bed for $100 a night, it's an option. I feel sorry for the staff who are really friendly and doing their best with a hotel that's obviously suffering in this economy. If management fixed their wireless service and included breakfast (come on guys... for $100 a night you can't throw in some bagels and donuts?) they would get better reviews.
