Was in Indianapolis for work, and stayed at the Omni. Good location; connected to mall, and walking distance to great restaurants.
Room was well appointed, although the bathroom was the size of a postage stamp. The sink area was no wider than my shoulders, and there was hardly any room for my toiletries. Nonetheless, I made it work.
I had ordered room service and the order-taker said it would be about 30 minutes. An hour later, still no food. I called down, and they weren't sure what happened and apologized for the delay. They said they would expedite the order and there would be no charge. Within 10 minutes my order had arrived.
The next morning, I received a hand-written note of apology for the inconvenience and mix-up. That is good customer service in my book.
I would definitely return to the Omni, based on the positive customer experience I had a result of the room service snafu.
