I stayed at the Conrad on Superbowl weekend. Hotel is in an excellent location, rooms are absolutely perfect, clean and quiet. Service by all staff is extremely attentive and best I have seen!

Two day business conference with three nights stay. Excellent facilities - massive flat screen tv, sofa, marshmallow bed, tele in the khazi! Restaurant food I couldn't fault - that was three breakfasts, two lunches and an evening meal. Staff very friendly. Only things to watch for - mini bar expensive and the breakfast can take a while - leave yourself time. Location was excellent - superb atmosphere in town in the run up to the super bowl.

We just returned for a weekend get-a-way at the Conrad in Indianapolis for the Super Bowl. This hotel was wonderful. It was very upscale, clean, and great service. The concierge was very helpful, valet parking was prompt, and housekeeping was great. Our two children enjoyed the pool, which was well stocked with towels and water bottles. The Capital Grill which is a restaurant in the hotel has the BEST food as well. It is also convenient to all downtown attractions. The only downside is that they only offer double full size beds when you need of them.

Excellent location, room exceptionally clean and exactly as described, with ample desk and work area, as well as large seating with couch, chairs and coffee table in the "deluxe king" room. With a large soaking tub and well placed flat screen TV for viewing while soaking, along with a large walk-in shower, the bathroom was one of the nicest I've experienced (rivaled so far only by the bathroom in the Raffles hotel in Singapore!). We ordered one dinner and two breakfasts from room service, and delivery was within 30-40 minutes, hot and delicious. Front desk and concierge were both very helpful and friendly. Spent the afternoon at the Evan Todd Spa, where Jeff worked wonders with a relaxing aromatherapy massage, and Kelly renewed my horribly dry skin with a fantastic moisturizing facial. My daughter also had her hair shampooed and styled at the hair salon, and loved her look and the pampering as well. Every inch of this hotel is impeccably decorated, and we loved the short connecting walkway to Circle Center Mall. We didn't use the pool, but did check it out, and the families with little ones were clearly loving it! Will highly recommend to anyone traveling to Indianapolis, and hope to return soon!
