We stayed the weekend of the Brickyard 2011. We finally settled into our 3rd room, the first had an air conditioner leak, the second the air conditioner did not work right and the third worked but there was no frig or microwave but we were tired of moving by then. There were BB or bullet holes in our window. There was screaming and doors slamming throughout the night. The breakfast had a lot to be desired and that was when there was breakfast. Sunday morning they ran out of almost everything. We will not be staying there again if we visit Indy. The one good thing that made it bearable was the staff was accommodating.

Convenient and relatively inexpensive. Helpful and cheerful staff and the accomodation was quite adequate for an overnight. Internet was included and worked well. Basically an acceptable overnight in a rather dated and gloomy building. Would not stay there again.

Checking person is very friendly. The hallways were bright and attractive. The room was large, clean, wirh wll designed furniture, clean carpet and a super comfortable bed. There were plenty of spare outlets for ipods, laptops and cell phone charging. The bathroom was also quite nice. The elevators were always fast.
Overall, nice place to stay.

When we arrived it was late. There was one staff person on duty. She was nice. I asked for a pack 'n play for my son and she delivered it. When I got to the room, it was double beds. I asked if we could switch to a king since that's what I booked. We were told no kings available they were full. ONLY two cars were in the parking lot. Very disappointed. When I opened the pack 'n play it had dried up food and was very dirty. I tried my best to sanitize it. Breakfast was ok, not much selection. It was near the fashion mall which was nice. For the price we paid, it was an ok hotel in a good area.
