While the front desk seem pleasant, the first room I was assigned was 2 doubles (1110 I think) and I had requested a King. Nice large corner room with views, but I was moved to a King 1103. No View-into the window of the building next door and no city view Unfortunately this room was small with an oversized bathroom...and unsettling residue on the headboard(yucko) I was moved the next night again to 710 with 2 doubles as no other King was open. No back (had let the person know when moved me) . The restaurant breakfast team was friendly, dinner seemed overworked and not too attentive. Did not have automatic entrance doors and the Valet was never there to assist when I had my arms full.
Good Location near the center statue. I arrived after the SBowl to crazy road closings while cleaning up the city.
Interestingly, probably the first Hilton that at check out that I was NOT asked if I enjoyed my stay...maybe they knew it was less than adequate...
