A phone call prior to the visit inquired about Wi-Fi. I was assured it was available. When I got there, I again asked if the internet worked. The reply was most of the time. I paid for the room. Once in the room, the internet didn't work and the A/C didn't blow cold. I waited an hour to see if the A/C would work better and if the internet would work. No deal. I went to the front desk to complain. The clerk said she could give me another room but the internet still wouldn't work. I said in that case, I want a refund. She referred me to the manager. He refused to give me a refund. The clerk told him "he stayed here before, he should KNOW the internet doesn't work." I've never stayed there before in my life. I ended up leaving and going to a RAMADA. I will dispute my charge with my bank. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy.
