Very happy with my stay here on a recent visit to Indy (this means a lot coming from someone who travels frequently around the world and staying in 4 or 5 star establishments most of the time)

Pros:
- clean room
- well equipped (microwave, fridge, large flat screen TV, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker)
- easy access to freeway
- plenty of good places to eat nearby
- reasonable price
- free internet
- free breakfast (great waffle!)
- friendly staff
- available for purchase at front desk (microwaveable food, cup o'noodle, toilettries, drinks, etc) which comes in handy when you don't feel like going out in the middle of the night

Cons: (or more like suggestions)
- not much really, ....actually none I can think of or come across so far...oh, I know...but this is really minor, more of a suggestion so it can be more competitive, would be nice to provide a comforter (instead of just a blanket), but this is no big deal really, after all this is not a 4 star establishment. For comparison, the rate I pay at the nearby Hilton Indy North on Shadeland Ave (with corporate discount) is about the same as this place, but Hilton has a nicer bed with comforter and better selection at breakfast, but then again, without corporate discount package you will probably end up paying like $40 more per night at the Hilton....so it's not really a fair comparison..........

Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area....

I stayed recently at this jameson inn and was always welcomed in the morning with a hello and a good morning. The room was always clean and restocked every day (4 nite stay). When I first enter the inn, I was greeted by George in the evening who was able to help me start my stay and would always be helpful with advice and information. I have talked to his manager, Kimberly Jones, and thanked the staff and the manager for a pleasant stay. I would recommed using this hotel every time you go to indianapolis!

Was looking for an alternative place to stay other than the Holiday Inn-Carribean Cove where I had a bad experience. This was a great choice. Quiet, not expensive, clean sheets and bed, room, neatly appointed, nice free breakfast in the morning, helpful staff. Yes, the bathroom is a tad small, but, hey, it's clean and it was less than $100! What else can you ask for? I'll go back!!!

An older property which has been fairly well maintained. The room I occupied was facing a main street but was quiet with little road noise. The room was large with a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom however was small and took some manuvering to close the door. Breakfast was standard fare of waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice machine etc.The front desk personnel were scarce for the time I was there (two days) and absent at checkout which happened to be around 5:00AM. A decent place to stay with a clean room, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to a main highway.
