Stayed for exactly one month. My company paid for everything thankfuly or I would be really upset. poor house keeping. Cockroaches and just plain old and run down with a bad smell to the place. Upon arriving a dresser drawyer was broken so I removed it and when matiance looked at it they said yes it had been fixed before. but I would probly be charged for it anyway because they felt sure that it was in good condition when I checked in. The whole dresser is worth maybe 60 bucks new and this one was in bad shape and made in 2002. but they kept the depost of $100.00 for a beat up dresser thats 8 years old... HELLO?? Look else where better value for your money and hopefuly a better smelling place too.

I walked into this place tonight, Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009 around 5:30 p.m. and told the front desk clerk that I wanted to see a room. She took my license from my in some sort of power play and then gave me a key and told me to take a look. So I went into the room, turned on the burners, made sure the hot water in the shower worked, checked the heater, sat in the chairs to make sure they weren't broken, laid on the bed to make sure it didn't have a spring sticking out of it, clicked through the TV channels to see what channels they had, etc. The lady came in and accused me of using the toilet. I told her that that wasn't a very good way to win over customers. Then when I pointed that out to her she tried to backtrack and tell me that she was just offering to let me use the toilet in the hall. I didn't use her toilet. I just was checking to make sure everything worked. Then I told her one of the burners wasn't working. She told me I had to set the timer first before it would work, so I did that and turned the burner on high to see if it would work. Then she turned it off before I could finish testing it, accused me of messing up her bed, using her toilet, and getting her towels wet. I told her that if that's the way she thinks she can treat her customers, then I didn't see the point in doing business with her. If you want to stay at a place where you will be treated like a criminal and with suspicion, then the Intown Suites Indianapolis East is the place for you!

The very first night I stayed there I was attacked by flees, when I called the front desk to let them know of this problem, the lady at the front desk would'nt move me to another room. She was rude and very obnoxious. I had already paid over 200.00 for my stay and I have had to buy various item to spray in the room just so I can get a little rest at night because I am being bitten and then I'm itching constantly. I would 'nt suggest this place to my worst enemy!!!
