This Candlewood Suites hotel is specifically our hotel to stay in while in Indianapolis. It is consistently clean. It has the right type of amenities for a family with young children (kitchenette, separate bedroom suite if needed, inexpensive snack bar/pantry, washer/dryer, swimming pool, etc.). The sleeper-sofa is not a luxurious night's sleep, but it's clean and in great condition (based on staying in many different rooms over many different vacation and family-reunion stays at this hotel over the years). It is a great value for our family!

Arrived on Christmas Day and the front desk was waiting for us. Booked a studio and a one bedroom, and although they didn't connect, reservations gave us rooms next to each other so we could visit with our family. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped with nice cookwear, refrigerator storage dishes, and even paper towels and dish soap. And the best, two brand new stainless steel grills, complete with utensils. For folks who cook out all year long, that was the best. The front desk went out of their way to accomodate us with directions, recommendations, and even a corkscrew! Be sure to visit the Childrens Museum, which is just the best. Couldn't say enough nice things about our three day stay.

As mentioned quite frequently here, the hotel is nice. Despite having reserved 4 rooms earlier in the week, when we arrived, our rooms were not ready, which caused us to be late for our event. When I mentioned that I had the rooms reserved, the front desk person said that they were not ready because I had reserved 4 rooms (yet others were being checked in). Her attitude seemed to be that we didn't belong there anyway. Oh well, she perhaps had a bad day & we just happened to show up on her clock. The check-out person was somewhat better.

This Candlewood Suite is very nice and clean with studio apartments and the bedroom had a seperate area with its own Television. We were here a week while Hubby was working and it was a great experience. We loved the exchange DvD system with blockbuster movies at the front desk free of charge.

The pool and hot tub area was very nice and quiet enclosed and indoors so while it rained a few days on our trip our children could still swim. This hotel was very pet friendly surprising by how nice and well kept it was. They had free washer and dryer service and though no breakfast on site we bought food at the local grocery store and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred larger sleeping arrangements I am used to a California King bed at home and swear those were more double sized. Free Hi-Speed Internet, nice workout room. The area is about 20min from downtown but after touring Downtown was glad we choose a bit further back. I felt safe there it was quiet until Friday when Nascar fans came in for the Brickyard but overall we loved it and highly recommended the hotel to others. The front desk staff are very children and family friendly and the staff do only clean the rooms once a week if your staying more than four days so just exchange the linens at the front if you want more and they will give you what you need.

My kids loved the cupboard the onsite store and it was very cheap and well done. You received a USA today each day you could go in there and just pick it up. Their is a sleeper sofa and more room for extended stays this is a great option.
