This was the worst room I have ever stayed in! The carpet was wet, not damp, but WET! The beds were damp. Bathroom was nasty feeling to the point that even my kids didn't want to take a bath in it and they love water of any type. There were video camera's in the hallway that were kinda creepy. Rough characters were hanging outside which did not make me feel safe. The cost was no where near what we got. The staff did not show concern or empathy regarding our wet carpet and damp beds. We were not giving a discount or an apology. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

A real dive kind of place. I wouldn't mind staying here if I was in town for work and needed a cheap room and no special thrills but I was traveling in a romantic weekend with my rather prissy g/f. Although nothing was filthy it did have lime and rust build up. The staff was mediocre at best. Short the Arby's and McD's I do not know of any dinner and drinks" type places or attractions in the area.
Priceline rates this place a "2 star" and considers it in the chicago south/ chesterton areas. BEWARE.... PRICELINE CUSTOMERS THIS MOTEL IS ON THE OUTER "FRINGE" of the region, look closely at the maps.

I work heavy constructionj and would be content paying as much as $35 a night for this motel IF IT WAS A PLACE FOR THE JOB!!!!

I am ASHAMED to have brought my girl here on our weekend getaway.....

We stopped on our way home from a wedding. The room was clean but kind of run down looking. It more expensive and not as nice as the Super 8 where we stayed for the wedding. The breakfast was minimal-bread, cereal, coffee. There was a game room that we did not use.

This place is SEEDY. There are security cameras in the hallway & the rooms are gross. If there was another hotel in close proximity, I would have left this place. The bathroom was so small that you had to use it with the door open. The tub was disgusting and stained & I had a room that overlooked the adjoining truck stop! Yay!
