I am from Cincinnati visiting my younger sister in Community South who took an unexpected turn for the worst. I had my 11 yrs daughter & 14 yr old son with me. We did not expect to spend the night and packed nothing. Tracy, at the front desk, found us a great rate and set us up with the toiletries we needed. She was extraordinarily compassionate and excellent at her job. We are very grateful to have met her. Thank you so much for having such terrific staff.

This hotel was conveniently located for my business in Greenwood. It was neat, clean, new and decorated nice. The room was clean and better than average for a HI Express. The only thing that really "tarnished" an otherwise excellent review, was that the walls are paper thin. There was a teenage swim team staying there, and some of them were next to me. Six of them were laughing, giggling and extremely loud in the room right next door to me until 2 AM. That was only after I had called downstairs three times, and the nice girl down there came upstairs and dispersed them. So if you go here, you'll like the hotel and the free breakfast is better than average too, but ask for a room away from any teams that staying there, because the walls are just too thin. P.S. I could tell those kids mothers a few things that would freak them out. I heard every word those kids said. :)

By far this is the best customer service I have ever received. I stay at a hotel on average of 3 nights per week. I changed hotels to this several months ago. Boy I am glad I did. I used to stay at another one regularly, now I am at this one. The rooms are always clean and refreshed, the lobby is always clean and inviting. The staff is remarkable. Courtney at the front desk is simply the best. She always makes me feel like I have come home for the weekend. She knows my name, my check in is available and ready to go. I can call her and set my reservation, I can call on her for just about anything and she is right there with a smile. It is nice to come to a hotel and be recocognized and treated as if I were home. Thanks to the hotel staff and expecially Courtney, I can stop looking for hotels every time I come to Indy. I am here on avergae of 3 nights a week and I will continue to stay here every time. Last Friday, they did not have any rooms available. FFA was in town, so I drove home instead for 2.5 hours rather than pick another hotel.

our room was amazingly big, comfortable, and so much cheaper than staying in Indianapolis. We booked the King Whirlpool Room and definitely very happy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and accommodating for travelers. Definitely will go back to this hotel.
