It's definetly all about customer service at this hotel. In addition to being an excellent hotel, they are conveniently located right off I-70 and you can walk to a near bye Crakerbarrel restaurant. We are planning another cross country driving trip and planning to stay at this location again.

We had a death in the family and had to travel to New Palestine (outside Indianapolis) for the funeral. New Palestine has no hotels but we were advised to travel away from Indianapolis to avoid some sketchy neighborhoods. We are so glad for that advise!!!! The Hampton Inn was incredible! It was spotless, quiet and looked new. The rooms were so comfortable and the staff went out of their way to offer every possible service, especially when they found out we were there because of a death in the family. The woman helping in the kitchen brought coffee to our room! We got in late at night and the desk staff helped us find food despite the late hour. This was the best Hampton Inn we've ever visited. The motel was located near a Cracker Barrel, Starbucks, Steak 'n Shake and O'Charley's which was convenient. We drove a little out of our way to get to it but after driving 10 hours we were thankful to have such a great stay.

This hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and was very clean. We needed extra shampoo, and the staff was happy to oblige. Breakfast was included with our stay, and while it wasn't fancy, there were plenty of choices (both hot and cold), and we all left with full bellies. The indoor pool area was basic, but again, it was clean. There were extra towels provided. A hot tub would have been a nice added feature, but it wasn't the end of the world. All the staff members we came in contact with were very friendly. All in all, we felt that we got our money's worth and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

My family and I stayed here on Christmas day after we spent the day with family in Greenfield for the Holiday. This is the first time we'd stayed at this Hampton Inn and it was great.

Not sure how long this hotel had been there, but it seemed very new. The room was great and the facilities were very nice and neat.

As always the beds were comfortable and my kids truly enjoyed the flat screen TV in the room.

Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare which is fine. Hostess was very friendly and nice as I went down before they started serving to do some work on my computer and to let the family sleep.
