Very clean and nice, quite convenient. Definitely will stay here again.

If I were to write this based upon just this hotel, I'd give it high marks. But just three days prior to our stay, we were at a different hotel that had larger rooms with better breakfast for less money. So my experience is rather tainted.

That said, this was a nice hotel, and yes, we'd stay again. When we checked in, we were told that there were several rooms with babies and a sweet 16 party on the first floor. So even though there was no elevator, we took a room on the second floor. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Strike one---no elevator---strike two--pool is way too small---strike three --the breakfast buffet is a far cry from the picture on the advertisement. If you advertise a full buffet with all items you should provide what you portray. Who is the genius that designed this hotel?

We stayed here recently on a Friday night. We were late checking in, and check in was a breeze. However, once we got into the room in was gross. We had to get new sheets for one of the beds because there were hairs on the sheets. The mattresses looked and felt very old also.
Morning breakfast was so-so. HIExpress advertises these cinnamin rolls that are suppose to be so good. They don't look like the picture at all.
This was the third HIExpress I stayed in during October and it was the worst.
