The room was very clean, beds were clean. A/c noisey but worth the $.

The lobby and breakfast areas were very clean and the breakfast was good. The room was acceptable also. The bathroom was a different matter entirely. There was urine on and under the toilet seat and hair on the vanity and floor. Thankfully, I take a can of disinfectant with me so I cleaned the bathroom.

We had stayed here before visiting family for about 10 consecutive years and found this to be adequate lodging. This time, July 2011, a few days after staying in this hotel for a 3 night stay, our daughter was diagnosed with MRSA. She is an insulin dependant diabetic who uses an insulin pump. She changed her infussion site in the hotel. She layed out the opened sterile supplies on the bed. That site was infected with MRSA. She has had her insulin pump without incident for several years. We cannot risk her health. We will stay elsewhere.

My room smelled so badly of smoke, i had to check out. It was as if someone was smoking right beside me. All I want to do now is wash my hair and all of my clothes. I booked a non-smoking room but they only had a smoking room when I arrived. The clerk promised to put me in a different room when one became available. The next day, the non-smoking room beside me was available, but the manager refused to move me.
