If you like moldy wallpaper in the bathroom, stained carpets, and old food under the bed you will like this hotel. On top of that, at check in, they would not honor a veterans military discount. Go to another hotel that supports our troops. Also, no free Internet.

I was looking for a place to spend a get-away night in Ft Wayne. Got this room for a good price so I booked it. Not really hard to find. Had to go a back way to get to it, but not too bad. Staff seemed very efficient and friendly as can be. Room was more then fine for what I wanted it for. I realize it a long term stay type facility. But still the room was a great value. But bring yur own shampoos and soaps and also drinking cups. Very quiet even though it was off a major street and I-69. Room was a LITTLE old style, but notice I just said LITTLE! No smell whatsoever. Plenty of hot water. Seemed clean and bathroom was very nice. Plenty of room and nice kitchen area with pots, pans and all silverware and utensils. Certainly not a Hilton, but for the price a very good deal. Pretty much the same as any rented room, if you want spotless, stay home!

Stay away!! Cockroaches all over. Stinking washers. Dirty Floors. Crusty rooms. Unfriendly staff. Really no class here. The workers are frumpy, dumpy and think there all that. Motel 6 rates a 10 compared to this.

I stay in Fort Wayne once every month and am always looking for a great value. And Studio Plus is the best in town!
The room was clean, neat and put together very nicely with all the extras you'd expect for a weekly stay; although I only stayed one night. A full kitchen with all the implements was a lot better than plastic sporks from the carryout. I could've cooked my own meal there if I'd wanted to and not had to do the dishes.
The staff was polite and helpful and I felt secure with the inside hallways. There were no noises from the other rooms or the hallway to keep me awake (I am a light sleeper).
I saw other reviews that seemed to knock the Studio Plus but I imagine they are the competition (or think they are) dissin' the place, because I couldn't find one thing that wasn't up to my standards for a quality place to stay. No bad smells and a good night's sleep.
The only complaint some might have is the difficulty of finding the driveway, which should be fixed soon once they get a permit to put up a directional sign at the entrance.
Motels.com only gives them 2 stars but it's way better than the other 2 stars like Days Inn or Super 8, both of which I won't stay at again.
