Extremely clean rooms combined with a and excellent staff made for a wonderful travel experience at this facility. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. Due to an impending winter storm, I had to cut my trip short and the staff was very helpful in making the required changes without any hassles.

I stayed here a couple times last year and it was OK. Just checked in after a year and I am very impressed!
Brand new hardwood floors, new beds, headboards, linens, fresh paint, and a nice new flat screen tv!! The furnishings are the same and leave a little bit to be desired, but this hotel is a great deal.
Very clean smelling throughout the entire hotel, no mold or old food in my room or my co-workers. (And we had quite a few rooms!). The manager is wonderful, very friendly, nice, polite, and accommodating.
I usually prefer 3 and 4 star hotels, but in FW I go out of my way to stay here. If you are on vacation & looking for a little luxury, or travelling with family, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a good deal, need a full kitchen, and appreciate great customer service at a low price, check it out!!

If you like moldy wallpaper in the bathroom, stained carpets, and old food under the bed you will like this hotel. On top of that, at check in, they would not honor a veterans military discount. Go to another hotel that supports our troops. Also, no free Internet.

I was looking for a place to spend a get-away night in Ft Wayne. Got this room for a good price so I booked it. Not really hard to find. Had to go a back way to get to it, but not too bad. Staff seemed very efficient and friendly as can be. Room was more then fine for what I wanted it for. I realize it a long term stay type facility. But still the room was a great value. But bring yur own shampoos and soaps and also drinking cups. Very quiet even though it was off a major street and I-69. Room was a LITTLE old style, but notice I just said LITTLE! No smell whatsoever. Plenty of hot water. Seemed clean and bathroom was very nice. Plenty of room and nice kitchen area with pots, pans and all silverware and utensils. Certainly not a Hilton, but for the price a very good deal. Pretty much the same as any rented room, if you want spotless, stay home!
