This place was fantastic....we loved our 5 night stay & wish it had been longer!.
Everything about it was just perfect - from stepping in out of the snow to the warmth of the fire - the friendly & helpful staff - the beautiful suites (beds were so comfortable!) and on a whole the great facilities throughout! There was a great choice of Restaurants very close too. Luckily we will be making more trips to Fort Wayne and will get the chance to stay again...cant wait!

We anticipated a generic hotel decor and suite room when we checked in, but were very pleasantly surprised by the nicely decorated room and it's good layout. The room was spotless so kudos to the housekeeping staff, the price was VERY reasonable ($80 for one night), and the breakfast the next morning was good (what you'd expect from a good continental breakfast).

When we checked in, there was a family having a rambunctious birthday party in the lounge/breakfast area and the clerk at the desk made sure we knew they would only be there until 10:00pm. She also put us on the third floor so we wouldn't be disturbed.

All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again at this Staybridge or any other. The only issue was highway noise because I-69 is RIGHT there, but that didn't keep me awake at all.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Fort Wayne for two nights on a recent weekend. It is set back from the road, so you have to look carefully to find it.

Check-in was painless and the front desk staff was friendly. The lobby area is nice and has couches, a flat screen TV and includes the breakfast area. Our mini-suite was one of the nicest we have encountered. Obviously, the hotel is new so the furnishings are modern and stylish. The suite included a fridge, sink, dishwasher, coffee pot and huge microwave. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, pans, glasses, storage containers and even wine glasses (which I thought was a nice touch). There is flat panel TV which swivels, so you can watch it from the bed or sofa (pull-out). The bathroom had basic amenities and included a vanity with granite countertop. There is a also a work desk with a high-back executive chair.

The hotel was quiet; no noise from the freeway nearby. The heating/air conditioning unit was a little noisy, though.

The breakfast buffet varies each morning and includes make-your-own waffles, cereals, fruit, yogurt, muffins, eggs, bacon, etc. Everything was fresh and hot.

There is also a pool, a business area (computers and printer), fitness room, guest laundry and outdoor fitness area. The hotel is located next door to Kroger's and Wendy's and across the street from the Village of Coventry, a small strip mall that includes a grocery store, some specialty shops and numerous restaurants. Very convenient...

All in all, a pleasant stay at a hotel that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Fort Wayne area.

When I called the property I booked the room with no problem, but when I checked in my reservation some how disappered, even though I had a reservation number with me. Thank god they had rooms left or I would of been screwed. I must say they girl behind the front desk made me nervous, never really appoligized about misplacing my reservation. The rooms where nice, but there was dust all over the room like it hasn't been slepted in for weeks. All in all it was an ok stay, I would probably not pick this property again. The Residence Inn or Hilton Garden Inn are down the street, a little more expensive at times, but they way they treat you there makes it worth the extra money.
