We stayed here during the Christmas season, and the staff was exceptional in their hospitality! Our room was on the first floor and included a whirlpool tub - a welcomed experience. The indoor pool and hot tub are located on the first floor, too, so we heard some foot traffic/chatter the first night we stayed...but I think people were just excited about the holidays. Getting to this hotel is a but akward, so follow the instructions on their website. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations in the immediate vicinity, so this makes for a good location. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a few days. Location is awesome. Hotel shares parking lot with an amazing Asian restaurant and is across the street from a grocery store. Rooms include a fridge and microwave. Coffee at the front desk is good and service is excellent.

I love this Hilton Garden Inn. I have a roommate from college that lives in Ft. Wayne and I try to visit him a few times a year. When I am in town....I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. I have always had a great room and the staff is great as well. I love staying at the Garden Inn around Christmas time as they always do a great job decorating the hotel. It has sort of become a yearly tradition for me to plan a visit around Christmas!

I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quiet room with a great staff.

First stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. Nice place - no problems. Will probably not stay there again for collection of minor reasons. There is a $10 charge for breakfast that is free at similar hotels. Good breakfast but still not priced right ( not free). Adjacent to interstate on/off ramps with traffic lights, make this a bad intersection. Poor planning on road, so they turned the hotel frontage road one-way so you have to make a series of left turns around a shopping center to get there. Noisy A/C that had a difficult time cooling the room with the 90"s. Took 3 hours to get the room cooled down. Nice restaurant across the parking lot. Nice place but for the price I can do better
