We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites at other locations before with no problem. At Ft. Wayne, the room was very spacious but the furniture was very worn. The chairs creaked and the bed leaned. They advertised HBO but the TV in the living area did not receive it. I called the front desk and was told it did receive HBO, I said that it didn't and the girl at the front desk said that there was nothing that she could do. They advertised that they had free Wifi, but I could not receive any signal during the evening that I stayed. I called the front desk several times and was told that the girl was very busy and that she "would see what she could do" ... which ended up as nothing. I finally logged on in the early morning, but the speeds were slower than dial-up. I am very disappointed in this hotel and would recommend that you avoid it.

I used this hotel when I was passing through for business. I was greeted promptly by the very helpful staff. They have some evening snacks, I was also given a welcome snack and bottled water!!! pleasant surprise for a 1st visit!! Rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfy!
I shall definately recommend this to my office and folks I know.

My daughter stayed here with her team. Several of the girls had personal items (i-pods or digital cameras) stolen from their bags. It wasn't just from one room, but 4 or 5 different ones. The management and owner were not at all helpful in resolving this situation, and ultimately the matter was brought to the attention of the Ft. Wayne Police Dept. We later learned that there multiple thefts from rooms reported the next day. Security needs to be tighter and/or employees need to be fired and prosecuted if found to be involved in this criminal activity.

I go their often and their manager is an asset. Being in constant move, I like to keep my preferences and their manager knows my name, my floor preference, my welcome drink, my cookies and even my wake up call- I always get a welcome call and express check out! What else can one want ?
Internet is good- they are renovating their pool area and -I am sure that will come out good! Their asset is their staff and their manager!!

I certainly recommend it to all people - solo and group
