Overall, this was, as noted by others, a great place. Clean, quiet, comfortable, good breakfast, a good location (although take note: it's east of I-69, not west as their directions sometimes state).

We had a minor problem: grab bars in a bathtub don't make it accessible. The hotel had no bathtub / shower chairs (they promised to get some), and the staff went to great effort to try and find something that would work, although to no avail.

The stay was great. The service was to my liking. The hotel was clean! It looked new! The cleaning done by the maids was very thorough. I stayed for 4 nights. The front desk was very pleasant. I am glad I picked this hotel. I would stay there again!

Room 322 has cigarette burns on the sink and the room stinks of old cigarette smoke. If they are going to advertise as a smoke-free hotel they should at least clean the previous smoking rooms. Disgusting...

Stayed here for one night for the Vera Bradley sale... hotel was sold out. The guy working at the front desk was fantastic - very knowledgable about the area, gave great directions and suggestions, and was very friendly. Staff overall friendly - talked to a few staff people in the elevator, and they also have tips and pointers about the area. Room was great for the price paid, and the air temperature was perfect (and I usually get too cold in hotel rooms... slept like a baby in this one). Location very convenient - right off the interstate. Will definitely stay here again for next year's sale!
