I had several collegues that I was travelling with for business purposes. We had made reservations this past Thursday for four rooms. When we arrived, the front desk was vacant. There was no bell or anything to summon assistance. When someone did show up, the person behaved quite rudely. She asked about my reservation and I told her that I had four rooms and the rate at which it was reserved at. She said that the reservation was for Friday and was for a price $200 more. I showed her my printout of when I reserved it. She refused to adjust the rate. She also stated that the rooms would not be ready on Friday until after 3pm. I called for the manager. A woman came out and introduced herself by the name of Rachel. She had brownish-red curly hair. I told her my situation and she acted even more unprofessional. She said had I showed up on the day of my reservation, they could actually do something. I showed her my printout and told her that I did. I even pointed the price and that the woman behind the desk was $200 higher than what I reserved. She refused to assist me until I came back on Friday. I had to tell my collegues and we chose to stay at the Marriott on Coldwater just north of Walmart instead. They were much more professional and resonable about their reservation.
