We made a quick trip to Indy for the Big Ten Championship Game. New we wouldn't be in the Hotel for long. About what we expected from reading Tripadvisor reviews.
Desk wasn't prepared for as many arrivals around the same time as they had. We waited over 15 minutes just to check in. By the time help arrived, the onslaught was over.But they did let everyone check in early.
Room was very clean. Thankfully , but the orange striped couch and bathroom wallpaper gives a really dated feeling. Who knows ? May be relatively new, just looks like the 60s.
We were in room 369. The traffic noise didn't bother my husband , but it did me. I had a difficult time sleeping. I would ask for a room on the other side of the Hotel, if we ever go back.
It's fine for a quick in and out at a reasonable price. We didn't "do" breakfast. Returned to Le Peep instead.
It was acceptable , clean. Nothing outstanding, Nothing terrible. Probably would stay there again.

Booked this hotel through hotwire for Thanksgiving weekend, all staff except at front desk was hispanic speaking primarily spanish, only few words in english. What was very disturbing was the cleaning staff having her child with her as she was cleaning rooms. Consequently, when checking out I asked to speak with the manager on site, was informed he or she wasn't there, expressed concern re child being on site with parent working and the language barrier including during breakfast in the dining area. Desk clerk's solution was go to front desk if I need to speak to someone in english. My opinion, if I go to an area that is primarily mexican I am required to speak or know the language he or she speaks, isn't it about time that when US companies or businesses hire people from other countries that they be required to speak and know english if they want to take our jobs while living in this country.

I stayed on Friday and Saturday nights and room 157 was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was as expected and the area was clean. The check-in was pleasant, and the front-desk was helpful on suggestions on getting around as well as the "best" area resturant. I recommend this property.

This was a pretty Typical Holiday Inn Express... not the best not the worst I have stayed in... and I have stayed in quiet a few as a Priority Club Gold Member. Room was fairly clean (though I noticed my room was NOT vacuumed during my 3 night stay) Decent breakfast selection and fairly good - very friendly staff in the Breakfast area. Biggest disappointment was usually at Holiday Inn Expresses I stay at as a Priority Club member I get a few special perks like a snack or water etc... I saw the wheel but I was not asked to take a spin or given the little extra perk at check in :(

Very good high speed wireless service...
