Anyone who thinks this property is upscale can't be an experienced or sophisticated traveler. Unsophisticated desk staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful. They can't answer a simple question without playing a game of twenty questions. Room service food is abysmal. Room service hours are very limited, leaving guests to go to one of the many nearby strip malls for food. The walls and does are paper thin - meaning noise from hallways, rooms above and to the sides is constant. I kept hearing knocking on the floor above that sounded so close I kept trying to answer my own door. Oh and whoever designed this place to be cool and trendy provided for wood floors and a rolling desk, so you can only imagine the noise that creates. I'd sleep in my car before returning to this property. They really have no clue how inadequate the property and service are.
