Stayed at this hotel on a spur of the moment night after a concert and it was a great place. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We booked through Hotwire and got a great price but would stay here again if needed.

Have stayed there at least 6 times and each time has been enjoyable. The rooms are clean, staff is personable and the expanded continental breakfast is decent plus saves U from going to other places to spend extra money although Bob Evans is just across the parking lot. It is a great low to mid priced hotel with some extras (pool, weight room, laundry facilities). Now if U are expecting 5 star accommodations like Caesars, U are fooling but the Jameson is what it is - a nice low-to-midrange motel that for a weekend does what it is suppose to do

My fiance and I ended up staying here by default, as we big on a room on Priceline. When I found out we were staying at a Jameson, I was pretty apprehensive because the last time we stayed at one it was a disaster. This, however, was a much better experience!

Our room had two queen beds, a desk, and a decent sized bathroom. Everything appeared clean, although the bathtub looked a little old. Cleanliness is what matters most to me, though.

They have a hot continental breakfast that includes muffins, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, and waffles.

I was initially excited to see that they had an exercise room, but the equipment was rather old and temperamental. I still managed to squeeze in a quick 30-minute workout, but had hoped for better machines.

We were in town for a wedding that started at 1:30. Check-out time is normally at 11am. We called the front desk the night of our stay to request a late check-out, but they said that housekeeping has to approve that and they wouldn't be in until the morning. I called the front desk the next morning and they approved a noon check-out. Without realizing I had done this, my fiance spoke with someone else at the front desk, who approved a 1pm checkout, which was perfect for our needs. However, I don't think this was communicated to housekeeping because they knocked on our door at 11:30am, and seemed very put out when I told her we had been approved for a 1pm check-out. Other than that, our stay was fine.

The Jameson Inn is in a great location, with lots of restaurants (both fast-food and sit-down) nearby, along with the mall.

We stayed here based on reviews....it was clean, but the hotel cuts many corners. The most obvious was an EXTREMELY light flow shower; I'm sure it took me three times as long to attempt to get the conditioner out of my hair, and even then it was hard to get the job done. The blow dryer was another example - its "high" was my usual "low" - take your own if you go. The breakfast was skimpy as well. The staff was nice but I will look for another place in the area next time.
