I was so impressed by this Hotel. I can't even begin to tell you all the benefits to staying here! The restraunt is wonderful - service excellent and food it beautiful and delicious. Free breakfast bar is way beyond any I have ever seen. It's a breakfast buffet and I'm not kidding! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that anything you need during your stay is provided free of charge! The washing machine is self-serve and no charge, the tide and bounce is free of charge, the extra towels, shampoo, razors, whatever you need - free of charge! The beds are so comfy! The room was beautiful - colors, clean, funiture, - everything! Microwave and fridge included too. The pool is increadible - goes to 9' deep! Roped off for children and has a separate baby pool and hot tub and fountains for the kids to play in. All staff was very friendly and helpful and smiled at you when you asked for help! We told one of the waitresses that she was spoiling us, she said, "That's what we're here for!" And I believe it! I highly recommend this hotel - above all others in the area! To top it off, the price was lowest we could find anywhere!!!!! :)

Friendly and helpful staff.Hotel was very clean.With free shuttle service.Only down side was you could hear everything going on in halls and doors slamming all night.

We stayed at the Clarion on a Saturday night. It was very quiet, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Although I didn;t see it in the list of amenities, we got a voucher for free breakfast at the hotel.

we booked our room a week in advance, got there and check in time was 3, at 3:30 our room STILL was not ready and we had plans to get showered and ready to be somewhere else at a certain time! The alleged OWNER threw us out for voicing our opinion about our room not being ready, after said OWNER made millions of excuses that the CUSTOMER does NOT care to hear, the OWNER also got in my face, following me down the hallway and that really was the VERY LAST STRAW!!! I am a nurse, a professional and I have never in my life treated another person in that manner nor have I been treated in such a manner!! I will NEVER stay at this chain again because if that is the type of people they have OWNING their name, I prefer not to be involved!!!
