We've stayed here often, primarily because of the discount we get as family of USI students, and the fact that it is very close to campus. The staff are pleasant. The rooms are, for the most part, very clean, including the linens.
I only have a couple things that I'd wish were different: The mattress pads are just set on the mattresses and so wrinkle when you get into the bed; if they could be held in place somehow, it would make for a more comfortable surface. And there could be a couple more, firmer, pillows for comfort while reading or working in bed.
Also important--I would prefer more fresh fruit options. The bananas looked lovely, but other fruits would be better (such as in a fruit salad--this could be mostly frozen or even some canned fruit with some fresh fruit mixed in).
Love the smell of the fresh-baked cookies in the lobby in the evening!
We'll likely continue to stay at this hotel when we visit our son.
