When looking at the exterior and while in the lobby, one would think he or she was in an upscale hotel. The check-in lady was extremely nice.
The room was TINY! The "king" size bed really filled the room and, with two people, it was really tight. The bed was low but pretty comfortable. The TV station selection was very limited and the picture on the tube screen was somewhat "grainy." The bathroom was ok, but the wall switch plate was missing two screws. The hotel did provide free wi-fi, but sometimes the movement through the internet was very slow, probably because so many people were also trying to access the internet.
Breakfast was included in the price of the room. The standard fare of belgin waffles, cereal and biscuits and sausage (minus sausage) gravy, and a few peices of fruit were offerred.
Overall, not a bad place for the money, and comparatively, this property was a lot cheaper than many other places in the Evansville area.
