We stayed at the hotel on Thanksgiving after spending the day in town with family. We didn't check in until around 10 and left the next morning by 10 so we weren't there for very long. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. As soon as we walked in the room we heard the toilet running. We were a little nervous that it was going to overflow it so we called to see if anyone could come up and take a look at it. I felt bad asking for maintenance on Thanksgiving! We left to check out the Casino and ended up being out until 2:30 (gambled a little, then went to Fast Eddie’s across the street, it was open until 3 a.m.) Not sure when the toilet was fixed, but we were happy to see it was when we got back to the room. We got a rate of $69 because we had a Casino card. Actually we hadn’t had one, but signed up for one before we checked in when I saw that special on their website! Illinois is smoke-free and we had forgotten that Indiana (or at least this part) wasn’t. It is amazing how smoky the casino was! Overall, it was fine place to stay for one night. If I get this rate again next year for Thanksgiving, we will be back!

Stayed two nights for a class reunion. Free valet parking altho you can easily park yourself. Helpful staff in several areas. Wireless internet in 1st, 2nd floor reception and public areas but not in room. Ethernet cable provided to modem in room but ours didn't work. Left msg for 1-800 help desk - no help. Later, staff came and replaced cable when I called about it. However, looked like a 10.95 daily charge so I didn't use. Later front desk person told me that they credit you for the 10.95 so I didn't actually get to the internet in room until second day.
Need better explanation of internet policy and access to help desk 24/7.

Ok, it was not brand new and shiny, but we had a nice stay.

Room was ok, but the carpet was very worn at the threshold to the bathroom and I could feel the tacks. The drain flap on the bathroom was warped, so the water ran slightly and I could not stop it. With the bathroom door shut, I could not hear it in the room (but a shame to waste the water). The bathtub faucet also dripped. A couple of burn spots on the carpet (in my non-smoking room).
Airport shuttle (call ahead for reservation!) was great. Nice to run along the river in the morning.
