Ok, it was not brand new and shiny, but we had a nice stay.

Room was ok, but the carpet was very worn at the threshold to the bathroom and I could feel the tacks. The drain flap on the bathroom was warped, so the water ran slightly and I could not stop it. With the bathroom door shut, I could not hear it in the room (but a shame to waste the water). The bathtub faucet also dripped. A couple of burn spots on the carpet (in my non-smoking room).
Airport shuttle (call ahead for reservation!) was great. Nice to run along the river in the morning.

Very poor house keeping and the employees and management could't care less. Complain and they suggest you stay at their other property. Rooms are dated a not very clean (see pictures attached of the carpet between the beds), not a very restful sleep wondering what else isn't clean.

Stayed a night here on business. Was told if you go to the casino and get a casino card, your hotel stay would be $40.00. The room is absolutely a $40.00 room.... They all reek of smoke. I had burn holes in the carpet and bedspread. The table was burned in multiple places where cigarettes were left on the edge burning. Not a great place to stay unless you plan on drinking and gambling all night and don't care where you sleep.
