Stayed here for four nights during a 7 day vacation (other two nights at other HGI) and was impressed by their friendliness and accommodations. They went the extra mile - especially at breakfast - to help me and my three children!

This hotel is a very nice hotel in its class. I had never stayed at a HGI before. It is great. It has the atmosphere of a Holiday Inn Express, but a bit more modern and expensive. Cookies were available when I checked in. The pool and fitness center is pretty basic, but very well maintained. The hallways are nice and the sitting area in the lobby is great. The most amazing thing about this hotel is that it is spotless!

The rooms were very neat and pretty spacious. The beds have adjustable pressure controls. I can't think of how to describe this room because it was very basic, but very clean.

They had the hotel nicely decorated for Christmas. The staff was friendly. The person on duty even had someone go check the room to make sure there were no feather pillows in the room upon us checking in. (My son and I are allergic). We were very impressed as we usually request this when making the reservation, but no one does anything about it. Upon entering our room, we were very pleased how clean it was. The pool was clean, also and the water temperature warm. The only thing I would change would be for Hilton Garden Inns as a whole to offer free breakfast. But then again you know when you stay at one of these that won't be the case. A refrigerator in the room; however, is a nice touch as you can make due if needed. All in all, we will be staying there the next time we are in town visiting family. :)

We enjoyed the last of the Hydrangea blooms and the ducks swimming in the lake. It is easy to go out the side door for a morning walk . Lovely place. Super staff and great service. The restaurant is above average and the wait staff, Norma in particular, was very helfpul with my handicapped husband. We plan to stay there again in the Spring.
