Last night of a two week vacation, heading home from New York City. Needed a place to rest, check in was so-so. We had used our points for the room, front desk still needed to see a credit card in case we had a party in room ( It was a big football game weekend)! Whatever, I just want some rest. At 3:00 A.m. I guess the front desk decided we had had enough rest and gave us a wake up call, then again a 6:15! My husband got out of bed and went to turn on coffee pot which he had made ready the night before, water was all over the counter, coffee pot empty! my Husband then showered and went to get a coffee downstairs, When he came back I was in shower, he pushed door open with his arm, lock didn't work! Room 220 by the way! When we told the front desk, they said so sorry, it was a free stay so I can't compensate you. Did we not have to spend $ to earn the points, so in a real world, it wasn't free.
