If I could give a hotel a big fat "zero", this would be the place. The staff is “very” rude; breakfast included a cup of coffee, orange juice, and a few plain English muffins and a few plain bagels for the entire hotel, that was it. Breakfast ended at 9:30, stopped down at 9:28 to refill my coffee, the staff ran me out instead of allowing me to refill my coffee; they informed me they were closed for breakfast. The funny thing, the coffee was still almost full. That was one of many disappointments, keep looking, unless all you’re looking for is a cheap bed.

We own a traveling construction company. So we pretty much live in hotels for the summer. This had to be one of the worse ones we have stayed in. It looks like something out of the 70's. From the very start the you could tell the owners do not trust anyone. They are very rude and unprofessional. All they were concerned about was getting paid. We rented 4 rooms for 14 days. After day 5 I had to go down and ask them to change the sheets on our bed. How could I tell they had not been changed? From the burn hole in the fitted sheet. I was told they would see what they could do. I went and bought a bottle of Fabreeze to get rid of the stench in the room and even considered using it in the hall to get rid of the smell of smoke out there. Of course it is never a good sign when you see the Orkin Man parked oput front either!!! As for the breakfast...you'll have better luck at the gas station around the corner.

We came here for a softball tournament with a bunch of 16 year olds and their families. This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at before. You can see right through the sheets - burn holes from cigarrettes to say the least. The floors are disgusting and the smell of the rooms are absolutely horrid. The people working at the front desk wore jeans and t-shirts - not professional at all. We had one girl have an athsma attack because of the musty/smokey smelling rooms. This is not a place to bring teenagers or small children. The towels are paper thin and only give you 3!!!! Very disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay somewhere else!!!!

I used to stay here regularly when the property was a Lee's Inn and it was always top quality. Sadly, that is not the case any more. From the too-casually dressed front desk person (jeans and a tee shirt are not professional) to the poor quality linens, no information in the room as to how to reach an outside line or any information about area restaurants, no phone book. Even the envelope for the room card was used - wrinkled, dirty and with writing on it. No wonder there were only a few cars in the lot.
