“From the quality of the beds, it should be a Motel 6”

I book Hampton Inn's often, and I am accostomed to the great beds they have with the thick pillow tops, multiple kinds of pillows and concernec staff. I had back surgery in 2003, so if the bed isn't good quality, I suffer. The bed was so hard, and so uncomfortable that I wanted to get another room in the middle of the night, but suffered through. I will never stay at this hotel again, it was like sleeping on a box spring with a blanket on top of it. I will rethink my loyalty to Hampton Inns.

“Good hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 September 2011

I am fan of most Hamptons. This one meets the standards of a typical Hampton.

My only complaint is that there was a little mold in the shower/bathtub. This is common but I wish it could be controlled better. The mold was in the corners where the tub and tile meet. Also, the buttons in the elevator were dirty in the sections you don't tough. The part that slide inside and out of the slots. It was basically a collection of finger gunk. Kinds of gross, but not a show stopper. Something I did remember though.

If it wasnt for this, I would of gave this 5 stars.

The room itself was very clean. Nice TV.

“Pleasantly Surprised!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 March 2011

As a Hilton employee in Orlando, I expect a lot out of hotels and Hiltons especially. While staying at the Clarksville Hampton Inn, I was pleasantly surprised at how top notch everything is! The room (a standard double queen) was spotless! I kept looking for anything negative (a bad habit I've picked up working in the business) but could find nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast the first morning was fantastic (bagel toppers!!) and the hostess was warm and friendly.
The staff was friendly, my brother-in-law stayed there frequently when moving to the area and everyone knew him by name. The only negative with the Front Desk staff was when I checked in initally, I sat at the desk for like 2 mins before the Representative came up and there was no bell or alternative way to signal anyone.
The location is just minutes from Louisville and is an easy drive to the city. In the immediate area are big shopping centers and lots of places to eat. There's even an Outback Steakhouse right across the street, within walking distance.
I was very happy with my stay at this particular Hampton Inn and look forward to coming back!

“Best hotel in town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 November 2010

After a horrible experience at the local Holiday Inn Lakeside, this hotel was a breath of fresh air! A real hotel, with excellent customer service who care about your needs. Our room was ready for us upon arrive, lights and heat turned on ready to go. Very clean room and hotel, and nice complementary breakfast. I also felt very safe here, there was a security guard at the front all night! Would stay here again and recommend!

“Great stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 August 2010

I had a very good experience with this hotel. I was welcomed promptly and with warm greetings. The room was decorated very nicely and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and far enough away from heavy traffic noise. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly nice, well stocked and had great service. I would definitely use this hotel again
