We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and in the past, we liked it. It may have new ownership, as it is not being maintained and serviced like before.

The Internet on the computer in the lobby was non-functioning. When I asked the staff, they blamed it on teen visitors. I've stayed in many hotels with lobby computers and have seen countless teens on them and never had a problem before.

The check-in desk was disinterested. The offerings at the breakfast buffet were minimal. My kids have always loved the cookies at check-in, and this time, there were none.

Our room was "non-smoking" but it smelled terrible.

A big disappointment - you can get better for the same price. Will not return.

The staff was friendly and the room was generally OK. The king mattress was quite comfortable but the three pillows were small. There was a slight stain on the blanket. Big TV with lots of channels (whose numbers did not correspond to those on the card in the room). Small square table instead of a desk. Very clean bathroom with four sets of towels, high ceiling, separate exhaust fan switch. Rather upright reading chair with its own floor lamp. Excellent lighting in the room (the compact fluorescent bulbs are a great improvement over the old dim incandescent bulbs). We were given a ground-floor room across from the meeting room but this area was dead quiet (not many guests on Christmas Eve).

I cannot recommend the breakfast buffet unless you love Maxwell House coffee, odd-tasting milk, individually-wrapped refrigerated egg patties, and lots of white bread & bagels. On the plus side, there is a waffle maker, some yogurt, some cellophane-wrapped danish (not sure this is a plus, actually), and fresh fruit (bananas and apples).

The treadmill in the fitness room was not working and there was no remote for that TV. There is a stationary bike, a couple of benches, mat, and a set of weights you bolt together yourself and that tend to loosen very quickly. There is also a small pool that a couple of youngsters were enjoying.

I recently stayed at this hotel in conjunction with a large group of motorcyclists for the inaugural Indianapolis MotoGP race on Sunday, September 14.

Country Inns is a relatively new hotel to me--I had only stayed at one earlier this summer in Summerville, WV--but this was a recommended hotel to me.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. My hotel room was clean, everything worked properly, and the cleaning staff always did a complete and thorough job.

The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, so we were always able to find what we needed. And the hotel staff made some restaurant recommendations and provided discount coupons (in addition to setting up a private party for us for 25 people at one restaurant up the road).

The hotel has an exercise room (I didn't use it), and an indoor pool/hot tub. The water was sparkling, and I watched one of the staff members clean it and care for it one night. It also boasts a well-stocked breakfast buffet.

For a moderately-priced hotel, the lobby was much nicer than I expected, with hardwood floors and a large stairwell leading to the second floor. It was large enough for a hundred of us to congregate in one evening after dinner.

In addition to providing free wi-fi, the hotel has a computer and printer in the lobby for guest uses. Traveling on a motorcycle, I chose not to carry a laptop, but I was still able to check email, print directions, and check out the weather.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and will stay there again since I plan on returning for next year's race. The staff couldn't have been nicer, was ultra-helpful, and I can't think of a bad thing to say about the place.

I did not stay at the hotel, I wasdown the street since there was no room avilability, but I attended a dinner party at the Hotel along with my fellow Ducati owners. The staff who helped us with the party were excellent. The arrangements and the ability to host such a large party was very much appreciated. It was clear that we were very welcome, banners, posters and other Ducati club stuff was posted everywhere. Motorcycles parked around the driveway and a D16RR parked in the Lobby! Very friendly and helpful staff, the appearance of the outside and inside of the hotel was execellent, bathrooms very clean. Just a super host for our party.
