My husband and I stayed for one night. We got a room with a kind size bed, mini fridge, microwave, and flat screen tv for only $89 +tax!!
The room was a good size ... the bathroom could even be described as roomy!! The decor was nice and everything looked new. We enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and soak in the jacuzzi (the pool and hot tub are open from 6am-11pm).
The free hot breakfast was expansive ... there was coffee, hot cocoa, juices, bananas, apples, pink grapefruit, muffins, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, ... and a waffle maker!! And there's a tv and comfy seating in the breakfast area (just off the lobby).
We didn't have any problem getting on the free WIFI in our room. And there were two desktop computers and a printer to use down in the lobby.
And the staff was really friendly! We definitely recommend this hotel!

It's clean, it's close to campus, and the staff is very helpful. Good breakfast & the rooms are what you would expect. I have stayed here before but the rate varies greatly by the demand from IU parents.

Stayed two nights with family for a wedding. Had to move rooms as "black fuzzy mold" was growing in shower. In the end, the hotel was around $129.00 per night when it should have been around $89.00 per night. It just seemed run down and they tried to make it look OK, but it needs a facelift badly. There was a large container in the hallway to catch "something" dripping out of the ceiling. Also, the elevator was incredibly SLOW, so much so that the front desk attendants would tell us to take the stairs as it would be much faster.....

Stayed here for one night in May and had no complaints. I've always enjoyed the Fairfield properties and this was on par if not slightly better than others I have previously visited. The room and bed were enjoyable along with the breakfast. The hotel manager visited us during breakfast to make sure everything was ok and asked if there was anything else they could do to make it better. The property also gave us a discount as we booked a number of room for a family function. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
