Everything about the hotel was outstanding. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and a number of the amenities were totally unexpected: an iron and ironing board in the closet; a coffee maker in my room; a coffee station in the lobby! I enjoyed and used the fitness center. I liked being able to control the temperature in my room. I would without a doubt stay here again the next time I am in Bloomington.

The Holiday Inn in Bloomington totally surprised me with the quality and amenities. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which provided me with my first experience sleeping in a Sleep Number bed. Loved it! The bedding was above average, the bathroom was spotless, my "free" breakfast was not continental. but a full breakfast, and I also received a drink coupon. The lobby and restaurant are well-appointed. Staff was friendly and I was able to get a reasonable rate for my three-night stay. I joined the Priority Club because if the rate remains competitive I'll stay there again. Hope to use the pool and fitness room next time.

My family spent this past week-end at a family Birthday Party held here. All persons with whom we came in contact were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay plesent. Thanls to all. We will return for many more in the future.

I was very pleased with my selection of this Holiday Inn from my check-in until my check-out. When I got my room key card, Josh at the front desk pointed out I was also getting tickets for a free drink after the bar opened at 5:00 PM, 10% off of my dinner if I ate in the dining room, and a hot breakfast the next morning. Josh also told me where to park and enter the hotel which was the closest way to my room. After I'd been in my room a few minutes, Josh called to see if everything was all right or if I needed anything else. The next morning I wasn't sure how long a meeting at Indiana University would last so I requested and was readily given late check-out. I found the room very comfortable and well-equipped. My only complaint was they didn't get the golf channel on TV but that was a very minor inconvenience.
