While we always stay at this chain, this was the best. They were clean, comfortable and had not only the usual amenities, but a great treat from 6-9 with veggies, salad and fish and chips. We were in Bloomington for a game and a meeting, but as we sat and had a drink and refreshments on a couch in front of the fire, I was tempted to pass on the game. This is not my usual feeling and experience with even the most expensive places. No less than four employees in a one day stay greeted us and engaged in light conversation--the staff gets it! Diana, who was in charge of breakfast, was like a caring mom and Mrs. Carter ( I believe I got her name correct) went way above the norm in taking care of us and making us feel comfortable.

My family and I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express several times and we always had so much fun! The staff is nice and friendly, the service is great! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids loved it too. My daughter is graduating from highschool at the end of this year and were having her graduation party there.

Great experience from the fast courteous check in to the great breakfast! I can't remember her name, but the lady that took care of the breakfast area was awesome! Genuine and sweet to the children, very responsive when the OJ ran out, she was right on top of it!
Housekeeper was very friendly, room was immaculate, jacuzzi tub was very relaxing.
Room was pleasantly decorated, bed was comfortable.
We were so pleased we booked 2 more nights!

We stayed here for one night while visiting our niece at Indiana University. We were traveling with our children so we booked two adjoining rooms. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the spacious rooms. When I went down to the lobby in the morning to get coffee I was surprised to see hot cinnamon rolls included in the variety of breakfast items. Everything with our stay was great and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Bloomington.
